My Story

With over 25 years of experience as an English language instructor—and a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Students of Other Languages from SFSU (2013)—I am dedicated to helping people transform their lives through communication.

During my five years at Berlitz in the Bay Area & the Pacific Northwest, I served as a manager responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting instructors across multiple languages.

My experience includes preparing students for mandatory employment
IELTS and TESOL certification, CDL Federal English requirements, and
official Citizenship civics lessons.

Beyond English, my language background includes
Japanese, French, and basic Spanish.
Currently, I'm expanding my own skills, learning Italian and Portuguese! 🤞

My goal is to make you feel comfortable so learning comes naturally.
